A Supportive, 24-Hour Residential Program for Adults Seeking Stability, Structure, and Recovery
1114 E 20th Street LLC provides Residential Low-Intensity Addictions Treatment (ASAM Level 3.1) for adults who need a safe, structured, live-in environment to support recovery from substance use disorders. This level of care is designed for individuals who are clinically stable and capable of self-care, but who are not yet ready to return to independent or family living without additional support.
Residential Level 3.1 treatment offers a critical bridge between detoxification, higher levels of care, or outpatient services and long-term recovery in the community. Through 24-hour residential supervision, daily peer and group services, and individualized treatment planning, participants are supported in building the skills, insight, and stability needed to maintain recovery outside of treatment.
This program serves adults age 18 and older who reside in Maryland and meet ASAM Level 3.1 medical necessity criteria. Participants are individuals who are motivated for treatment, able to manage activities of daily living, and appropriate for a low-intensity residential setting.
This level of care provides structure and support without the intensity of hospital-based or medically managed inpatient treatment, allowing individuals to focus on recovery in a community-based setting.
1114 E 20th Street LLC operates as a true residential program, meaning participants live on-site and receive continuous supervision and support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Intake and admissions are available around the clock, allowing individuals to access care when the need arises—not just during business hours. Once admitted, residents benefit from ongoing house management and residential support services that promote safety, accountability, and stability.
While residential supervision is continuous, clinical and recovery services are delivered during structured daytime hours to promote consistency, engagement, and therapeutic benefit.
During these hours, participants engage in a full schedule of recovery-focused activities designed to build skills, insight, and confidence.
All participants receive a minimum of five (5) hours of clinical services per week, meeting ASAM and Maryland regulatory standards.
Stability in recovery requires attention to physical health and daily routines. 1114 E 20th Street LLC provides structured meal times and medication support to help residents maintain consistency and wellness.
Medication support includes assistance with self-administration, monitoring in accordance with program policies, and coordination with prescribing providers when appropriate.
Although scheduled clinical services occur during weekday hours, residential supervision and support remain available at all times, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
This around-the-clock presence helps ensure continuity of care and peace of mind for participants and families.
Residential Low-Intensity treatment is individualized and based on medical necessity, treatment progress, and recovery goals.
All admissions and continued stays are subject to ASAM criteria and authorization requirements. Exceptions may apply for court-ordered specialty populations, including placements under Health-General §8-507 or Title 3.
